1. 90-Day Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
BistimeGroup LLC warrants to the original end-user purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal corporate or household use for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.
If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect within this 90-day window, BistimeGroup LLC will replace the product completely free of charge to the customer.
2. How to Process a Claim (Purchases via Authorized Marketplaces)
Because your transaction took place on an authorized external platform (such as Walmart or Amazon), return and refund procedures are structured into two stages:
- Within the Platform’s Return Window: If you are within the standard return or exchange period provided by the marketplace where you purchased the item (e.g., Walmart’s standard return window), we highly recommend processing your return or replacement directly through that platform’s customer service interface for faster logistics.
- After the Platform’s Window (Up to 90 Days): If the marketplace return window has closed, but you are still within our 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, BistimeGroup LLC will handle your claim directly.

- Your full name and contact information.
- An official receipt, invoice, or order confirmation screen capture showing the authorized retailer, purchase date, and order number.
- A brief description of the issue along with a clear photograph or video showing the manufacturing defect.
3. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
This limited manufacturer’s warranty is strictly restricted to defects arising from production, materials, or factory assembly. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic degradation resulting from standard, prolonged use.
- Products purchased from unauthorized liquidators, auction sites, or secondary peer-to-peer sellers.
- Improper handling or storage contrary to product instructions.
